Moving a website, new dedicated server setting etc

Hi!

Where to start?
I have a forum on an old dedicated server and I would like to move it to the new server I just ordered at Soyoustart. It is still running on bulletin 3 (and photopost) and I would like to upgrade it to xenforo later.
I need help with everything like
1) setting the secondary dns within the Soyoustart dashboard
2) WHM set up and optimisation
3) moving the site
4) Back up system
5) Server maintenance
I currently have Cpanel and KSplice installed on the old server. I haven't bought the cpanel license yet for the new server.
