I just wanted to express my thanks to Matt for the outstanding support he gives. When I got my notification from XF today that an important security patch was needed for my forum, I immediately came here to send Matt a support request, but to my supreme delight I had a PM waiting on me letting me know that he had already made that fix for me many hours ago, without even being asked.
I do not really have that level of a support agreement with him yet he did it anyway because it needed to be done and he knew I couldn't do it. This is just the most recent example why I've been thrilled with Matt's services. I couldn't list all the things he's done for me and frankly, I'd be lost without him. If you're considering using Matt for anything, I say don't even think about just hire him.
