Serving Google Fonts locally in XF

Hi Matt,

Can you help us use Open Sans like in this guide https://xenforo.com/community/resources/serve-google-fonts-locally.1860/


I have already downloaded Open Sans ttf and have downloaded the webfont kit from FontSquirrel as instructed in the above resource..

ok... i decided to serve them from Google directly.

What issues were you having serving them locally?

I personally just use Google to serve them, as I found sometimes they looked a little strange when being served locally in Chrome.

Initially i was worried if serving from google will be CPU intensive but as i found you guys talking about the caching in the same thread i decided to go ahead with serving from Google... it is much easier that way

The PT Sans font on here is served via Google as well, and it's cached fine with the browser.
