Investigating - Some customers (RAO and MRAO) have reported not receiving email notifications from SCM.

These email notifications are related to:

• domain delegation requests and approvals
• incoming certificate application
• certificate issuance notifications

note: this intermittent issue is not impacting Certificate Issuance in anyway.
