I've been using FlashFXP since 2007, and it's the best SFTP client I've come across. Granted, it's a paid software, but I find it a lot easier and better to use than winscp.

SSH Client

At work, I use SecureCRT. We switched to this when we removed the Linux desktop machines, and moved to Windows. At home, I now use Xshell4, as it's as close to SecureCRT as you can get, with some nice features and session management. The standard free client, putty, I've never personally been able to get on with.
