I originally signed up with RackSRV after reading many good reviews on WHT for their dedicated server setup. I found a member on there who was using the same VPS providers as I've previously used, and he rated them 9/10 compared to the others (6/10 and 7/10).
They are more of a premium VPS provider, so prices are higher than a lot of providers out there.
This is the package I signed up for:
The sign up process was very easy, and the VPS was set up pretty much instantly.
Control of the VPS is done via SolusVM and the standard control panel interface
Network speed is very good in the UK and Europe. I was getting ~15ms from my work ISP
I've only cancelled with them due to moving over to a new dedicated server.
I can't comment on their support, as I never needed to use it.
