New Laptop

Yeah, it's got an SSD anyway, but it's only a smaller 128GB one. Could do with the additional space on there.

It only holds 1 HD right? Or is there a way to fit a second one?
Only space for a single drive. There is no spare room inside for anything additional either, I can't even upgrade the RAM, as it's built into the motherboard. That's one of the issues with the really thin ultrabooks.....no space!

In your opinion, does it perform well?

I am usually very skeptical to buy laptops i can't upgrade, that's just me :|

Yeah, it's great. Although, the ONLY issue I have with it, is that it's got a 4k resolution screen, and some applications I use don't scale properly yet. So, I set the resolution to 1920x1080, which isn't the native resolution, so it's not as crisp as it could be. They should have just stuck with the HD screen, rather then putting a 4k one in.

I'd never go back to mechanical hard drives, unless it's for storage.
SSD's are dreamy, heh
I have two Samsung 850 256gb Pro's in Raid 0, with a mechanical 2tb drive for storage.
Works well.
