We have identified an issue with a regional Internet exchange (IX) point which was disrupting traffic to parts of Europe and elsewhere. As a temporary measure, we have isolated this IX from our AMS2 and AMS3 data centers until the issue is resolved. We believe this has resolved the connectivity issues at this point. If you continue to experience issues please open a support ticket and our team will assist you. We apologize for the inconvenience and will follow up with another status update once the issue has been resolved permanently.
