I've previously used Munin, but found it to be quite resource intensive when generating the graphs etc.
Looking around this morning for an alternative, I came across Monitorix
http://www.monitorix.org/
I've installed and configured it this morning, using it's own built in http server, and using nginx to reverse proxy to it.
All up and running, and collecting stats now:
