About a week ago I was locked out of my cPanel for failed login attempts, even though the password was correct - contacted the host, didn't receive a reply until a week later.
I made a thread on TheAdminZone and received lots of helpful replies, but it was the help of someone named Deimos that really made a difference - if not for him, I think I'd be banging my head against my computer desk trying to work things out with the old host

He recommended that I check out MattW's hosting service, and I am very glad that I did. Matt did all of the work and got my website running in just a few minutes and fixed an issue I had with cPanel (me and cPanel don't get along it seems).
