I've purchased the Ticket addon again from NixFifty so I'm testing that on here currently.

It's not currently fully set up, however, once it's fully configured and working, I would like to fully switch over to this, rather than posting threads in the support section.

Further details and updates to follow.

Nice one. So I see the tickets, and get the alerts because I'm subscribed to the Category.

However, there is nothing to actually identify the ticket priority from the overview of the tickets.

I can see the Priority in the ticket information side bar, but this is something should should probably be very obvious from the overview of the ticket queue, in the same way the ticker status is shown.

Alert shows that you have replied to the ticket. I agree that the priority should be more visible on the category page.

The ticket addon also provides a Knowledge Base, so I'm going to start putting some articles together to fill that in, and then open it up once some content is available.

Will test some more later today, will post again later on this post.

UPDATE - I've tested all the BB Codes, there all working great.
