The server is protected by ConfigServer Security & Firewall
It's protecting all the services facing the web, including cPanel, FTP, SMTP, IMAP etc.
Now, if you fail to log into any of these services more than 5 times, you will end up with your IP address blocked by the firewall, giving the impression your site is down.
If you find yourself in this situation, please drop myself a PM or start a Support Thread with the subject "IP Unblock". I get a notification each time an IP address is blocked, so I'll have a rough idea of your IP address, but please ensure you include this with your message.
If you have a dynamic IP address from your ISP, rebooting your router should allocate you a new IP address once it comes back up.
To present further blocks, there are 2 things which can be done.

- Ensure you save the usernames and passwords, and can copy and paste them into the log in boxes. This helps prevent any typos which may be causing the incorrect information to be submitted.
- If you have a static IP address, I can add your IP to the whitelist, which will ensure it's never blocked by the firewall. To have this added, please PM me with the details.
