SCM - Certificates Displaying "Applied State" Status

Identified - Currently, some SCM customers are experiencing problems with certificates displaying "Applied State" status after issuance, and a corresponding inability to download certificates from within SCM. Our Dev team is actively engaged to restore full functionality.

As an interim measure, our Support and Validation team is working to distribute these certificates to you from our internal systems.


Please contact Support at Ticketing System or (888) 256-2608 if you have an immediate requirement to expedite your certificates.
