Need some tweaking/advice

I need someone to go into my server and make sure all the php/mysql/xenforo settings are correct and give me some advice about my server and advice about changing to a new host.

I've been getting more traffic lately. I'm not sure if there a problem with my server/add-on or it just can't handle that much traffic.

I was thinking about going to a dedicated server. But I think i would be having the same problems.
In my online statistics i only see total visitors 78. That doesn't seem like a lot

I even upgraded my vps last week and this morning my server crashed. Well just my forum domain. So i'm not sure what's going on. And i'm not good with servers stuff.

Which service can i purchase to get help with this?

I'd recommend the hourly work for this kind of job.

It makes it easier to factor in cost etc, as it might only take 1 hour to go over the settings based on your current VPS setup.
