Update cpanel.mattwservices.uk downtime

Owner
I've just had the following mail from my dedicated provider regarding one of the servers:
We have detected that the IPMI module of XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is
defective and it must be replaced and reconfigured
by our team. To carry out this intervention,
it will be necessary to shutdown your server.

This module is necessary for restarting your server hardware
as well as the KVM over IP option.
Until this is repaired, you will not be able to reinstall your server.

If you do not respond, the intervention will be
performed within 10 days of sending this
mail.
I've asked for more information, and I've asked for a specific time and an estimated down time on this work.

Does this mean downtime for our sites, or just not being able to log into Cpanel?

Back up now, looks like you had quite the server load for awhile.
Code:
Server Load    76.64 (8 cpus)

I have 3 pages of server error logs that say this:
Code:
ErrorException: Memcache::get(): Server localhost (tcp 11211) failed with: Failed reading line from stream (0) - library/Zend/Cache/Backend/Memcached.php:180
Generated By: Unknown Account, 3 minutes ago

Code:
#0 [internal function]: XenForo_Application::handlePhpError(8, 'Memcache::get()...', '/home/mysite/p...', 180, Array)
#1 /home/mysite/public_html/library/Zend/Cache/Backend/Memcached.php(180): Memcache->get('flux_data_optio...')
#2 /home/mysite/public_html/library/Zend/Cache/Core.php(303): Zend_Cache_Backend_Memcached->load('flux_data_optio...', false)
#3 /home/mysite/public_html/library/XenForo/Model/DataRegistry.php(87): Zend_Cache_Core->load('data_options')
#4 /home/mysite/public_html/library/XenForo/Dependencies/Abstract.php(147): XenForo_Model_DataRegistry->getMulti(Array)
#5 /home/mysite/public_html/library/XenForo/FrontController.php(127): XenForo_Dependencies_Abstract->preLoadData()
#6 /home/mysite/public_html/index.php(13): XenForo_FrontController->run()
#7 {main}

That is when the backup runs. Basically, I've tried to send a copy of the backup files to the NFS NAS drive, which is SLOW as hell over night. I'm going to disable it.

Do you know about those memcache errors I posted above? Can I clear the server error log? I was having a hard time logging into my ACP and my forum kept logging me out. Actually I still can't log in takes me like 5-10 times to get in the kicks me right back out.

Try now, I've restarted memcached.
