Hi All,
As we are fast approaching Christmas, and after the year we've had, I wanted to update you as to working hours etc over Christmas.
From Monday 21st I won't be taking on any additional work request, or providing any ad-hock support, it will be emergency support only for the Dedicated Servers, VPS and Shared Hosing services I provide (ie, a server going down or all the sites not working).
If you are going to attempt something you aren't 100% comfortable dealing with yourself, please don't, and wait until the new year when I will be able to assist.
Work requests will be accepted again from Monday 4th January.
Thank you all for your custom and support through what has been a very tough and testing year, and hears to hopefully a better 2021!
